Shipping

Shipping charges are based on shipment weight.

• Boxes ship by FedEx Ground. Air shipping is available upon request.
• Envelopes and small packages ship by the U.S. Postal Service.

International Orders

Please call or email us for shipping rates. International packages ship by FedEx Air. Duties and taxes are billed separately.

Sales Tax and Canadian Fees

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. GST and brokerage fees are added to Canadian ground orders.

Returns

Please contact us for authorization before returning merchandise. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and checks in U.S. funds. Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.

Canadian orders must be paid by credit card. All invoices are billed in U.S. funds.
